We were assigned Brett randomly from Zillow when we were trying to see a condo that we were particularly interested in quickly, as an offer on it had fallen through and we were leaving the country shortly for six weeks. We worked with Brett immediately after we toured the condo on an offer that we thought might be countered (probate sale). But a bit to our surprise, the heirs accepted the offer with a six-week-plus escrow. We left a few days later for Africa (with its communication challenges—we were volunteering in a remote location) and really had to rely on Brett to keep the process moving without us. He also set us up and scheduled a painter and handyman while we were away who were ready to start the day after we closed.
